Without it, I would feel lost, with it I feel joy . Without it, I would feel despair, with it I am confident. Without it, I would feel frustrated, with it , I feel cheerful.
Reading books or simply reading is an intellectual and cultural activity that has been declining over the last decades. These are the things I do to practice self-care in my life :
1) I exercise regularly , by going to the gym twice a week , particularly during the summer.
2) I focus on getting enough sleep , although it can be quite challenging due to the fact that I have a busy schedule . Nonetheless I make the time to get a good 8 to 9 hours of sleep everyday.
3) I remain positive in everything I am doing despite of the challenges . To help attain a positive state of mind , you can try numerous relaxing activities and exercises.
4) I eat healthy by lowering sugar , spices , fried food from my daily food intake .
